1892 Capital Partners is proud to partner with Miller Investments and Jody Miller Construction on the development of Glacier Car Wash, a modern 4,200-square-foot facility located at 2841 Emerald Street in Milton, Washington. This project represents an innovative addition to a fast-growing sector, with a focus on advanced technology, environmental responsibility, and high-quality construction. The new $6,225,000 loan supports ground-up development and positions the project for successful delivery in Spring 2025.

Glacier Car Wash will feature cutting-edge water reclamation systems designed to reduce wastewater discharge and optimize resource use. Clean water from each wash cycle will be stored in multiple reclaimed water tanks and reused during the vehicle underbody wash process, significantly improving efficiency and sustainability.
