1892 Capital Partners Hosts Lend & Leap: A Spring Networking Event

On April 23rd, 1892 Capital Partners hosted Lend & Leap: A Spring Networking Event at The Collective Seattle, gathering top professionals across private lending, title services, and commercial real estate (CRE) technology for an evening of momentum, insight, and collaboration.

The event featured national capital markets perspectives from Stewart Title and cutting-edge innovations in CRE data from NavigatorCRE, helping brokers, lenders, and developers better navigate the evolving market. Conversations focused on private capital strategies, shifting deal flow trends, and strategic positioning for the second half of 2025 and beyond.

Steve Corliss, Principal at 1892 Capital Partners, emphasized the mission behind the event:

“This isn’t just business for us—it’s generational. Our family has been building in the Pacific Northwest for over a century, and everything we do is rooted in investing in the long-term welfare, growth, and success of the Puget Sound region and beyond. At 1892 Capital Partners, we see capital as a tool to build not just returns, but stronger communities and a better future for those who live and work here. At Corliss Ventures, we do all things real estate and by providing opportunities for the industry to network, grow and learn is incredibly important to us.”

Special thanks to our speakers:
